Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. We are a family-owned coffee shop located in the heart of Al-Kuwait city and have been serving delicious coffee to locals and tourists alike for over 20 years.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as a barista, a passion for excellent customer service, and be able to handle the fast-paced nature of a high traffic coffee shop. The successful candidate must also be able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask with ease, and be knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Taking customer orders promptly and accurately
• Preparing hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks, specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, etc.
• Maintaining proper sanitation and hygiene standards as per local regulations
• Keeping the café area clean at all times
• Maintaining accurate records such as weekly sales reports
• Operating cash registers accurately
• Assisting in other areas of the café as needed
• Following the company’s policies & procedures relating to customer service & café operations.
• Adhering to all local health codes & regulations while preparing drinks.
