We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing the highest quality service to our clients, while creating an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness.

The successful candidate should be able to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks in accordance with current standards, as well as demonstrate an excellent knowledge of brewing techniques for different styles of coffee drinks. They should also have excellent customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Prepare hot and cold drinks such as espresso-based beverages, teas, cocoas, smoothies, frappes etc.
• Follow recipes accurately while adhering to portion control guidelines
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure that all equipment is working properly
• Interact with customers courteously and professionally
• Take customer orders accurately
• Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene are met in all areas at all times.

The successful candidate should be available for full time employment at 1400 per month salary. We strongly encourage foreign applicants with no experience to apply as well.
