We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. They must have a passion for coffee and be able to prepare high-quality beverages quickly and efficiently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, preparing drinks, handling cash transactions, stocking shelves and ensuring the cleanliness of the café. They will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing friendly and attentive service throughout the day.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of two years’ experience working as a Barista
• Knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A positive attitude towards customer service
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility with working hours (weekends/holidays)
