Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that all beverages are accurately prepared. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a similar role and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. They should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis. Additionally, they should also maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout their shift.

Job Duties:
The primary role of the Barista is to prepare hot and cold drinks to order according to the client's specifications while maintaining a clean work station at all times. This includes preparing espresso-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, mochas, etc., as well as tea-based drinks like chai latte or traditional hot tea. Additionally, they will also be expected to take orders from customers quickly and accurately while providing friendly customer service at all times. Finally, it is important that they understand how to use all equipment safely and follow strict health & safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
To apply for this position you must have at least one year of experience working in a similar role within the food & beverage industry. Basic knowledge of coffee/tea preparation techniques is essential along with strong interpersonal skills in order to provide excellent customer service at all times. Additionally, you must possess basic math skills along with basic computer literacy in order to operate cash registers and other equipment correctly. A minimum salary of 1700 is offered for this position.
