We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring that our sales targets are met.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in sales, customer service, and negotiation is essential. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the ability to create an engaging customer experience, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be paid a salary of 1800 KD per month. We are willing to consider immigrants who can demonstrate the necessary qualifications and experience required for the role.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing relationships with existing customers while proactively seeking out new business opportunities
• Managing customer accounts and conducting regular customer visits
• Negotiating contracts with customers, including prices, delivery times, terms of payment
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing information on products/services and resolving any issues that may arise
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
• Preparing reports on sales performance metrics such as volume, profitability, discounts etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or related field preferred
• Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
