We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gastronomy and a proven ability to lead a team while providing exceptional culinary experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and executing high-quality dishes to delight customers. We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 per month and a range of benefits including medical insurance, paid vacation, and more.

To be successful in this role, you must possess at least five years of experience in a professional kitchen environment as well as demonstrate excellent managerial skills and leadership abilities. You should also have a sound knowledge of various culinary techniques and recipes, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualifications related to food preparation or management. You should also have up-to-date knowledge of health regulations, safety standards, and hygiene practices within the kitchen environment. A working knowledge of computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Word) is preferred but not essential.

As Executive Chef at our company, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations from recipe development to food preparation while ensuring that all dishes are served on time with the highest quality standards met throughout service hours. You will also be required to train new staff members in their duties as well as manage existing personnel by delegating tasks effectively while monitoring performance levels throughout their shifts.
