Executive Chef
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The Executive Chef will have overall responsibility for the kitchen staff, menu design, and food quality. The successful candidate will be a creative and passionate leader with a strong commitment to delivering quality food and excellent customer service.

Job Summary
The Executive Chef is responsible for creating the menu and overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. They will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of food safety and sanitation are met at all times, as well as providing guidance, support, and training to kitchen staff members. The successful candidate must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining top-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.

Job Duties
• Develops unique menus that take into account seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, health regulations, cost constraints, and other factors
• Supervise daily operations in the kitchen to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintains inventory of kitchen supplies and orders new materials when needed
• Ensures that all health regulations are followed correctly
• Trains new staff members in their job duties and provides ongoing coaching
• Develops cost-effective menus while maintaining high quality standards
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure proper delivery of food items according to customer specifications

Qualifications & Education Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a high-end restaurant/hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine including European, Asian, Middle Eastern flavors etc.
• Ability to develop creative dishes using fresh ingredients
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in English is essential
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
