Executive Chef - Doha
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and ensuring a high level of quality in all dishes served. An ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent organizational skills and a desire to develop their skills further.

This position offers a salary of 1700, with the opportunity for growth and promotion within the company. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates that meet our requirements.

Job Summary: The Executive Chef is responsible for managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, monitoring stock levels, ensuring high standards of food safety and health & safety regulations are followed and developing new recipes. You will be expected to stay up to date on current trends in the food industry and ensure that your team is well equipped to keep up with these changes.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• An excellent understanding of food hygiene regulations
• Strong management skills
• A creative approach to menu development
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of nutrition principles
• The ability to work under pressure
