We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of our restaurant by leading and inspiring our kitchen team to create and serve innovative, high-quality dishes.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience leading large teams. They should be adept at managing budgets, creating menus, and overseeing food safety regulatory compliance. A successful Executive Chef must also be comfortable training staff, working long hours in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively, and dealing with customer complaints.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Experience training staff and leading teams of 15+ people
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of current food health regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Passion for producing high-quality dishes
• Ability to manage budgets effectively
