We are currently looking to hire a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Al-Kuwait location. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and providing support with a variety of heavy equipment. This individual will also be expected to ensure safety protocols are followed and that all machinery is properly handled and operated.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a professional setting. A valid license or certification related to machine operation is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates as long as all appropriate legal procedures are followed. The salary for this position is 1000 USD per month.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:
• Safely operate heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, and backhoes;
• Inspect heavy equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning;
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery;
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding operation of machinery;
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the operation of the machinery;
• Ensure all maintenance and service needs for the machines are completed in a timely fashion;
• Provide support and assistance with other personnel when needed;
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills as well as the ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot. You must also have strong communication skills so that you can effectively communicate with management and other personnel on any issues that arise while operating the machinery. The ideal candidate should also have experience working in a team environment while still taking initiative independently when needed
