Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machines used in the production process. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to adhering to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a machine operator role
• Familiarity with safety protocols
• Ability to read blueprints or diagrams
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical strength and agility to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts if needed

Responsibilities
• Set up machines at the start of the shift according to specifications given by the supervisor.
• Assemble and test parts according to instructions given on blueprints or diagrams.
• Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments as indicated by readings on equipment panels or sensors.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions or breakdowns as needed.
• Clean and lubricate machines as needed. • Check output regularly for accuracy and quality. • Follow safety guidelines when operating machinery. • Keep accurate records of machine maintenance activities.
