Fitter - Al Fahahil

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team in Al Fahahil. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair and installation services on a variety of machines and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Previous experience in an industrial environment;
• A good understanding of mechanical engineering principles;
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Ability to read technical drawings;
• Knowledge of safety regulations;
• A valid driver's license.

The main responsibilities of the Fitter include:
• Install, maintain and repair machinery and equipment according to manufacturers’ specifications;
• Diagnose faults in machinery and equipment using standard testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.;
• Follow safety regulations when performing maintenance activities. Ensure that all repairs are carried out in accordance with the relevant health and safety laws;
• Carry out preventative maintenance on machines in order to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns occurring; • Test repaired machinery or equipment before returning it to service.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month plus benefits for the right candidate. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.
