We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Bayan. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in the field and be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment. They must have good problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.

The Fitter position requires excellent knowledge of mechanical systems, as well as strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. The successful candidate will also need to be able to read technical drawings and understand complex systems. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of safety procedures.

The ideal candidate should also have an outgoing personality, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and be able to take direction when needed. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role, so any relevant experience outside of Bayan should also be taken into account.
