We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fitter to join our team in Bayan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of mechanical systems, be highly organized and able to work alone or as part of a team. They should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. An outgoing personality is also essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be required to install machinery according to specifications, identify and diagnose faults with machinery and make repairs accordingly, use hand tools and equipment safely, comply with health and safety regulations, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and kept up to date, provide advice on machinery maintenance requirements, inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, liaise with colleagues to ensure consistency in service levels and respond promptly to customer queries.

This position requires a high level of attention-to-detail combined with problem-solving abilities; therefore the ideal candidate must have relevant experience in fitting/mechanical roles or have completed an apprenticeship related to this field. A valid driver's license is also required for this role as the successful candidate may be required to travel between sites occasionally. In return we offer an attractive salary of 1500 per month plus other benefits associated with the role.
