We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mechanical components and assemblies. This position comes with an attractive salary of 1400 KWD per month.

Job Details: The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining mechanical components and systems according to set standards. They are expected to have knowledge in the areas of tooling design, welding techniques, machining operations and other related activities. Additionally, they should be able to troubleshoot existing systems in order to identify problems and suggest solutions when necessary.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college. A minimum of 1 year experience in the same field is preferred; however we are willing to consider candidates from other industries with transferable skillsets or recent graduates with no prior experience. Candidates should also possess strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to learn quickly and work independently when needed. Fluency in written/spoken English is essential for this role; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required for consideration.

Competencies: To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must have excellent communication abilities as well as interpersonal skills. They should also demonstrate good project management skills and be competent in using relevant software applications commonly used by engineers (e.g., AutoCAD). Proficiency in both written/spoken English is essential while knowledge of Arabic language is considered an added advantage but not a requirement for consideration
