We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing staff, delivering results and providing excellent customer service.

The successful applicant will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize a number of tasks within a busy environment. They will also need to be able to motivate and inspire the team of staff they manage. The successful candidate will have the ability to delegate tasks accordingly and ensure that the team are working efficiently at all times.

The successful applicant should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, coupled with an appropriate qualification in management or supervision. An understanding of local labor law is also desirable. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office will also be beneficial.
