Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our company, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Supervisor will report directly to the Manager, and will be expected to provide regular feedback and updates on the progress of assigned tasks.

Job Description:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Al-Kuwait. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and efficiently, as well as monitoring the progress of assigned tasks. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment, including addressing any employee issues or concerns that may arise. Additionally, the Supervisor will be expected to provide regular reports to the Manager on task completion and employee performance.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable in safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to take initiative and multitask effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook) and other software programs as needed
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
