Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in the role, and be able to lead and motivate a team of people.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to delegate tasks, and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to establish relationships with customers as well as other departments within the company.

The successful Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations while tracking progress towards goals. They will ensure that all employees are following procedures correctly, that safety protocols are being followed at all times, and that customer service is being provided at the highest level. The Supervisor will also need to provide feedback on employee performance, resolve any conflicts between staff members or customers, and ensure that any complaints or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
