We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a supervisory role and be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills.

The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department and ensuring that all staff members are working effectively and efficiently. The supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing the team’s performance, providing guidance and coaching, as well as resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have an eye for detail, be able to manage multiple tasks at once, and have an in-depth understanding of related policies, processes and procedures. They should also be able to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems.

The successful candidate should also possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field along with 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of education and experience. We are open to consider an immigrant with all relevant documents ready. The salary offered for this position is 1400 per month.
