Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Jeddah. This position requires a person who is passionate about creating a memorable customer experience and provides excellent service to our clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a competitive salary of 1200 SAR.

Job Responsibilities:
The Barista’s primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve coffee drinks and other specialty beverages while providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers, taking orders and processing payments
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
• Operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders etc.
• Following recipes accurately and consistently
• Portioning food items, brewing coffee and tea, preparing pastries, pancakes etc.
• Managing inventories of supplies such as milk, sugar, coffee beans etc.
• Engaging with customers in a professional manner

Qualifications/Skills:
To be successful as a Barista you must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience in customer service or hospitality. In addition you should have:
• A strong knowledge of specialty coffees and teas
• Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other related equipment
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Outstanding time management skills

Education/Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience working in a café or restaurant environment dealing with customers directly. Additionally they should possess basic math skills (adding/subtracting), good organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
