Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai and work in our café. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks and providing excellent customer service. You will provide high-quality coffee drinks and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their beverages. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, friendly and professional with customers, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar role. You should have a good knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and the ability to prepare them quickly while keeping quality high. You should also be knowledgeable about the equipment used in preparing coffee drinks, such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders and more. In addition, you should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask efficiently while ensuring accuracy of orders.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare different types of espresso-based drinks according to customers’ orders
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate machines like grinders, blenders etc.
• Follow health regulations while preparing beverages
• Ensure accuracy when taking orders
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace
• Ensure quality of all products served
