We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing a team of employees. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people, possess the ability to resolve conflicts, and have excellent problem-solving skills. They must have an understanding of the relevant industry standards and regulations, as well as the ability to motivate staff to meet performance targets. The ideal candidate should also have good communication skills, be able to work independently, and have strong interpersonal skills.

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly according to set policies and procedures. This includes ensuring that all staff adhere to company rules, regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for training new staff members on company systems and processes as well as providing guidance on how to complete tasks efficiently. In addition, you will manage day-to-day activities such as scheduling shifts and monitoring employee performance.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month with other benefits including health insurance coverage and annual leave allowance.
