Responsibilities of the Supervisor will include overseeing daily operations, creating processes and procedures to ensure operations run smoothly, managing staff scheduling and performance, monitoring overall productivity levels and providing feedback when needed. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations as well as fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, knowledge of relevant software applications (Microsoft Office, etc.), outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
