We are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high levels of customer service and support, and providing leadership and guidance to staff.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role. We are open to considering foreign applicants who have the necessary qualifications and skills.

The Supervisor’s main duties include:
• Monitoring employees' performance and providing guidance where needed
• Ensuring that all employees abide by company policies and regulations
• Training new staff members on their duties, roles, tasks and duties
• Assisting with recruitment processes when necessary
• Maintaining accurate records of staff performance and attendance
• Organizing meetings between management and staff members
• Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensuring all safety protocols are being followed at all times.

To be successful as a Supervisor, you must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities, great organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. You should also have good interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage conflicts between staff members. The salary for this position is 900 per month.
