The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workplace, ensuring that it runs efficiently and meets all regulations. They will oversee staff performance, delegate tasks, provide training and guidance when needed. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to identify potential problems and take initiative to solve them.

In addition to management duties, the supervisor should also be able to handle customer inquiries when necessary. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and have a good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
