Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a background in project management, who will be responsible for overseeing staff and projects within our company located in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of projects, as well as maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
• Aptitude for problem solving and working on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team of personnel to achieve project goals
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring they remain on budget, on time, and meet quality standards
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency within the organization's processes
• Assign tasks to staff members based on their qualifications and availability
• Monitor the progress of assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met
• Document progress reports on all projects for review by executive staff
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints
