Supervisor - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a motivated and organized Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make decisions in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other supervisors and staff members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with creative solutions quickly.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and guidelines pertaining to safety, security, and labor laws.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations within the organization, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met at all times.
• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback when necessary while also handling any disciplinary issues that may arise.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure that all shifts are staffed appropriately.
• Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization’s departments/teams/units/areas of responsibility.
• Work closely with other senior managers to create an environment of collaboration between departments/teams/units/areas of responsibility within the organization.
• Define goals for team members on an individual basis, provide guidance when needed, and evaluate performance on a regular basis against set goals or targets established by management.
