The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to the highest standards. The Supervisor will also be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff members and helping them reach their goals. Additionally, the Supervisor will need to maintain accurate records of employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

To be considered for this position candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as business management or administration. Candidates must also have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. In addition to these qualifications candidates must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong problem solving skills in order to handle any issues that may arise in the work environment or with employees on an individual basis. We are willing to consider applicants who do not have prior experience but will require additional training in order to succeed in this role.
