We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of our staff and ensuring that they complete their assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry. They should have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant should also be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager on a regular basis and will provide regular reports on the progress of staff and overall operations. They will ensure that all safety regulations are followed, handle any disciplinary issues as needed, and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
