We are looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, as well as providing guidance and support to staff members.

The successful candidate will be expected to promote a safe, respectful and productive work environment. They should have knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and policies, as well as excellent communication skills. The ability to lead and motivate staff is essential.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams in a professional setting. They should be knowledgeable in project management, problem solving and decision making processes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively - Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks according to importance and handle multiple projects simultaneously
