We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Supervisor in our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that all staff members adhere to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and direction when needed.
• Monitoring performance of staff to ensure work is completed in a timely manner, with accuracy, and as per company standards.
• Training, coaching, and developing staff to reach their full potential.
• Scheduling staff hours, delegating tasks appropriately, and providing feedback on performance.
• Implementing processes that enhance the efficiency of the team’s operations.
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding health, safety, labor requirements etc.
• Resolving customer inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Developing strategies for improving customer service delivery.
• Handling escalated customer issues or conflicts in a professional manner.
• Identifying areas of improvement within the team’s operations and taking corrective action where necessary.
• Maintaining accurate records related to employee attendance, performance reviews etc.

The successful applicant must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role along with excellent interpersonal skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required for this position; however, excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic are essential for success in this role. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position as long as they meet all other criteria outlined above; we offer a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month according to experience level & qualifications of the successful candidate
