Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the premises of our organization on a daily basis. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this position.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. He/She should also possess good interpersonal skills, be dedicated, hardworking, and be physically fit to perform manual labor. The successful applicant should have prior experience as a cleaner in a commercial or residential setting, preferably in the UAE, and have a good understanding of safety protocols related to cleaning operations.

Working Conditions
The Cleaner will be expected to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) Monday through Friday with occasional overtime or weekend hours when required. The successful candidate will report directly to the facilities manager or designate and will receive adequate supervision during their duties.

Responsibilities
The Cleaner will be responsible for providing general cleaning services throughout the premises including floors, walls, windows, furniture, carpeting and other areas as directed by the management team. Other duties include dusting, vacuuming carpets/floors; emptying trash cans; mopping floors; maintaining sanitary standards in restrooms; polishing fixtures; restocking supplies; washing walls/windows; removing snow as necessary; following established safety procedures at all times; informing management of any needed repairs or hazards observed while on duty; reporting any lost items found on premises etc.
