Office assistant in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for an office assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to other departments in a timely and professional manner.
The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate must also have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
The responsibilities of the office assistant include but are not limited to:
• Organizing and maintaining files, records, and other documents
• Providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, preparing invoices or quotes
• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls
• Assisting with daily operations such as ordering supplies or tracking inventory
• Maintaining office equipment such as computers, printers or photocopiers
• Handling mail and deliveries
• Performing general clerical duties such as filing, copying and scanning documents
• Assisting with special projects when needed
This position is open to all qualified applicants who can demonstrate their commitment in providing excellent customer service and carrying out tasks accurately. A salary of 1300 is offered for this position. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this job too.
