Mechanical Engineer – Dubai

We are looking for a talented, experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing mechanical parts and systems. You will work with a variety of technologies to create innovative solutions that improve performance and efficiency.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAM software packages
• Experienced in working with materials such as plastics, metals and composites
• Good problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English

Job Overview & Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the design, development, testing and manufacture of mechanical components. This will involve using CAD/CAM software packages to create innovative designs that improve performance and efficiency. Additionally you will:
• Review product requirements and specifications to ensure they meet customer needs
• Maintain technical databases with accurate information on parts, assemblies and products
• Document all engineering processes including design reviews, testing protocols and manufacturing instructions
• Develop prototypes for testing purposes
• Research new materials, components or technologies that could improve product performance or reduce costs
