We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and grow the business.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years’ experience in sales management or a related field. They should also have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. The ability to work with cross-functional teams is also essential.

Responsibilities:
•Develop innovative strategies to grow the business and increase sales.
•Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
•Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Create detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
•Oversee processes related to product development, pricing, marketing, and distribution of products/services.
•Train and mentor sales staff on best practices in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of their roles.
•Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations during the sales process.
