Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should be able to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, analyze market trends and lead a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for sales, and a desire to exceed expectations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales
• Proven track record of successful sales achievements
• Experience managing teams
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Duties:
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales performance • Maintain existing customer relationships while also seeking out new business opportunities • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas of growth or improvement • Monitor competitor activities to ensure the success of our product offerings • Communicate with customers effectively to ensure that their needs are met in a timely manner • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews • Remain up-to-date on all company products, services, pricing structures, policies and procedures • Assess customer service levels regularly and take measures to improve where necessary • Develop innovative approaches for marketing products or services • Prepare regular reports on the overall performance of the team as well as individual employees
