We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a 5-star hotel in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, from menu planning and kitchen staff management to cost control and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Chef in a similar setting, and possess excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. The Executive Chef should be able to delegate tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the kitchen. A strong understanding of food costs and budgeting is also essential.

The successful applicant should have knowledge of international cuisine, with the ability to source local ingredients and develop new menus with innovative flavors. The Executive Chef should also demonstrate strong attention to detail and have an excellent palate for tasting dishes before they are served.
