Job Summary:
The Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care services to patients. They will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols. The Nurse will also provide education and support for patients and families throughout their medical journey.

Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized patient care in accordance with established protocols
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Make sure that patient safety is always maintained
• Maintain accurate records of patient information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications as prescribed by physician
• Educate patients on health management techniques
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during times of distress or illness

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent)
• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Proven experience as a nurse in an acute setting
• Knowledge of relevant medical equipment & instruments
• Ability to develop positive rapport with patients
