We are looking for a Barista to work in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This position will require someone with a passion for coffee and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of coffee drinks, coffee beans, brewing techniques and equipment. The ability to stay organized and multitask is a must.

The successful applicant should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. We are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience in the industry, however knowledge of related areas such as hospitality is preferable.

The role includes but is not limited to: preparing coffee drinks, cleaning up after customers and upholding the high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop; operating cash registers; stocking shelves; assisting customers in choosing beverages; providing a friendly atmosphere for all customers; and being an ambassador for our company's values. You must also follow company policies at all times.
