We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and customer service, along with a background in food and beverage. We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently. The Barista is required to be knowledgeable about the different types of coffees available and be able to prepare them according to customers’ orders. This role also requires multitasking abilities while handling orders under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare drinks based on customers’ requests
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared with care and attention
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
• Ensure that all safety requirements are met
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
• Previous experience working in Food & Beverage is preferred
• Knowledge of different types of coffees and preparation methods
• Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: AED 1800 per month
