We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Ajman.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely driving a truck to and from various locations, loading and unloading cargoes and ensuring that all goods are delivered safely and in a timely manner. A successful candidate should have a valid driver’s license, excellent driving skills and knowledge of the local roads. Attention to detail and time management skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Drive trucks over established routes or within an established territory, following all applicable laws
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes using mapping systems or following written or verbal instructions
• Load and unload cargo at various locations while observing safety protocols
• Record delivery information such as weight of goods, mileage, fuel usage, any problems etc.
• Report delays, accidents or other traffic issues encountered during the trip
• Keep accurate logbooks up-to-date with relevant information

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is preferred
• Valid professional driver’s license with no violations or suspensions in the last 3 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver
• Ability to operate manual shift vehicles with ease
