Light Driver Job Summary
We are looking for a Light Driver to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving vehicles to transport goods or people in a safe and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities
• Drive vehicles in a safe and reliable manner while following all applicable laws, traffic regulations, safety rules, and other relevant regulations
• Maintain knowledge of local roads and landmarks
• Ensure that vehicles are properly equipped with safety devices such as seatbelts, mirrors, brakes, lights etc.
• Perform basic maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil levels, tire pressure etc.
• Ensure vehicle is in good condition by regularly inspecting the interior and exterior for any damage or wear
• Keep accurate records of trips including mileage logs, fuel receipts etc.
• Load or unload goods from vehicles when necessary
• Follow company policies related to the use of company vehicles
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately to the supervisor
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license from your country of origin or from Saudi Arabia (for foreigners)
• Ability to read maps accurately
• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
