Job Description:
The main responsibility of a Teacher is to provide quality instruction to students, while demonstrating knowledge of the subject material and promoting student learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing lesson plans, preparing materials, administering assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback on their progress. Additional responsibilities include participating in faculty meetings, maintaining records of student progress, attending professional development workshops, and participating in extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans for various age groups
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Patience and the ability to work with diverse students
