We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager for a leading organization in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, have the ability to multitask, and have a passion for human resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, payroll and benefits administration. They must have the ability to develop strategies that help improve the quality of the organization's workforce, as well as ensure compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager must also be able to effectively manage employee relations and handle any disputes that may arise within the organization.

The successful candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, although experience is preferred. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
