HR manager in Abu-Dhabi, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR department and ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are up to date, compliant with local laws and regulations, and geared toward creating a productive and harmonious work environment.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in the HR field. They must have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of local labor laws is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting new staff members, administering benefits, overseeing payroll processes, conducting performance reviews, resolving personnel issues, developing policies and procedures related to employee management, training staff members on compliance matters, preparing reports for upper management, maintaining employee records and files, managing employee relations initiatives such as team building activities or wellness initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to make decisions independently when necessary.
