We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR department, as well as overseeing all recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for learning, and experience in human resources management.

The successful candidate will ensure that policies are aligned with company objectives and that all HR processes are compliant with local labor laws. They will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing onboarding programs, providing guidance to employees on various issues related to their jobs, and handling employee relations matters. Additionally, they will ensure that accurate records of employee data are maintained at all times.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month and are open to considering applicants from outside the UAE who meet our criteria. No prior experience is necessary; however, a proven track record of achievement in Human Resources management is highly desirable.
