We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and manage the HR department. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, policies, and processes in the organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational ability. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR management. Preference will be given to applicants with experience working in UAE or a similar environment. Knowledge of local labor laws is a must.

The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization's hiring needs are met within budget and on time. They will also be responsible for managing employee relations, payroll processing, performance management and training & development programs. Additionally, they will monitor and evaluate employee engagement programs, provide reports on critical HR metrics, maintain a safe working environment, implement best practices and develop policies & procedures as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month for this position plus benefits such as health insurance coverage and paid holidays.
