The following qualifications are required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 3 years experience in human resources management
• Excellent communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law

Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes such as job postings, interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, etc.
• Develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
• Establish policies and procedures for the HR department
• Monitor employee performance through regular reviews and appraisals
• Manage employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances etc.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as labour laws
