Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations of our restaurant in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ordering food, hiring staff, creating menus, setting up promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and have excellent managerial skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Hospitality Management
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of customer service standards and health & safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, customer relations, hygiene standards etc.
• Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Oversee ordering of food items based on menu requirement analysis
• Create attractive menu designs with competitive pricing structures
• Ensure all health & safety rules are followed in the restaurant
• Ensure customers receive excellent service by providing friendly and helpful service
• Maintain cleanliness at all times and ensure that the restaurant is presentable at all times
