Restaurant Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in the hospitality industry. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates with relevant experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of food quality and service
• Developing creative strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Hiring and training staff, monitoring attendance and performance
• Monitoring inventory levels, ordering food supplies as needed
• Setting menus within budget parameters, following up on feedback from customers
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.

To be successful as Restaurant Manager you should possess excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills. You should also be detail oriented, have good communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
